Minister at Presbyterian Church of Barnet, VT
Rev. Steve McCloskey draws on experience having served previously with Mennonite and Presbyterian Church USA congregations in the past (and with an M.Div. from a PCUSA-affiliated Princeton Theological Seminary), he’s grateful that Presbyterian Church of Barnet is an active embassy for the Kingdom of God in the North-East Kingdom of Vermont. Steve’s sense of calling has been to follow Jesus closely and participate in a community of fellow disciples who seek to know and follow Christ. In addition to his Master of Divinity, he holds degrees in Philosophy and Strategic Communication and Master of Public Administration. He is the single-father of Jacob and Silas and has served as a volunteer Firefighter in Hartland, VT as well as an occasional columnist for The Vermont Standard. He is excited for where the Spirit leads our church into the future!
